Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval
Details: We do not allow aggressive breeds at our apartment community. Pet Restrictions: No visiting pets allowed at any time. Two pets maximum. No height/weight restrictions. $175.00 Refundable Deposit (per pet) $175.00 Non–refundable Pet Sanitizing Fee (per pet) $25.00 Monthly Pet Rent (one pet) $40.00 Monthly Pet Rent (two pets) Kittens and puppies under 12 months are require to pay double deposits. Breed Restrictions- Rottweiler, German Shepherds, Dalmatians, American Bulldogs, Old English Bulldogs, American Pit-bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Mastiffs, Dobermans/ Doberman Pinchers, Presa Canarios, or any variation of these breeds are not permitted.
